Dane Carlson & his successful widget

When I was just starting on my online entrepreneurship I have encountered a widget that could tell you how much is your blog worth every time I‘ve been visiting some blogs. Although I was amazed by that widget, I didn’t bother to use it because I thought that the one who was using it was the one who make it. As time goes by, I notice this little widget on other blogs and got the idea that I can use it on my own blog. The widget that I am talking about is “How much is your blog worth” which measure the importance of your blog through Technorati. I don’t understand how it is computed but I came to like it because it can tell me how much important my blog is. I watched my blog grew from a mere hundred to thousands. I have never put it on my blog but I would always go to the site to check my blog’s worth. Every time I see a blog I like, I would check its worth using the site. So to say, I become its regular reader. This has been one of the best link baiter and brought visitors from a lot of blog to this site.

Who made it?

The one who made it is Dane Carlson. He likes to talk about business opportunities offline or online, although I am not interested on reading his articles I have become a regular visitor because of his widget. Making a widget is one of the best things to bring some traffic to your site. He has made use to this and now he is getting more traffic because of it. The site is business-opportunities.biz. I think that almost everyone in the industry already know him because of the widget which has made him popular.
