I visit all my sponsors ever once in a while to check my stats and I notice that my Smorty sponsor got a new theme. I got interested on reading everything that is on it. After reading through several lines I notice that they got a new way for publisher to get paid for their work. No, this doesn’t works like Text Link Ads wherein you will get paid on a fix rate on a monthly basis.

How does this work?

A link will be placed on word that an advertiser wants. Once the reader points its mouse on the word you will see a box popping out and displaying the advertisement. The box looks like TExtLinkAds box. Let’s further discuss this, lets say that an advertiser place an ad on the word “watch”. The readers see it as a link and then when hovers his mouse over it he will then notice that it is an advertisement which includes that description from the site. The system will display information like the price of the item, a few descriptions of the item, and link to the item. When you visitor clicks on it they will taken to the Digxa mini store. Don’t worry about the visitor not buying the product because this is on a pay-per-click basis. You will still get paid even if your referral doesn’t buy the product.

Other than the pop-in banner you could also setup advertising on your sidebar displaying all those products with their new widget. Of course, you can’t avail of this new system if you aren’t a publisher. If you want to sign up then you may do so on the side bar.
